- • Own and grow strategic customer relationships as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and technical teams across AI infrastructure accounts.
- • Drive revenue growth by accelerating adoption of Vultr’s AI cloud infrastructure solutions, guiding customers through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to solution architecture and scale-up.
- • Understand customer priorities, technical requirements, and business goals to position Vultr’s value proposition effectively and deliver tailored AI infrastructure solutions.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing thought leadership on AI/ML trends, infrastructure needs, and optimization strategies to inform architectural decisions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align on product capabilities, roadmap feedback, and long-term customer success.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed sales activity data in CRM tools to ensure MRR forecast accuracy and operational hygiene.
- • Leverage the AI partner ecosystem to co-sell, co-market, and enhance Vultr’s value proposition for founders and C-suite executives.
- • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a global, matrixed organization with agility and strategic alignment.
- • Translate technical product capabilities into compelling, business-outcome-driven narratives for enterprise and AI innovator customers.
- • Maintain deep fluency in AI/ML workflows, GPU cloud environments, and modern compute infrastructure to engage confidently in technical discussions.
- • Actively engage within the AI ecosystem to understand where developers and founders interact, what tools they use, and how buying decisions are made.
- • Utilize Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately.
- • Operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with resilience and adaptability amid rapid changes in the AI infrastructure landscape.
- • Serve as the face of Vultr’s AI infrastructure offerings to prospects and customers, representing the company’s mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure easy to use, affordable, and locally accessible.
🎯 Requirements
- • +5 Years of Account Management Experience in AI/ML or IaaS Related Technologies
- • Partner Ecosystem Experience for Co-Selling and Co-Marketing
- • Technical & Product Knowledge to Translate Capabilities into Business Outcomes
- • AI and Cloud Infrastructure Fluency (AI/ML Workflows, GPU Cloud Environments)
- • Sales Tools Proficiency (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
