• • AI/ML Engineer role focused on building and shipping AI-powered features for real users, including smart candidate screening, matching, and interview automation at Careerswift AI Inc.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building LLM-powered pipelines using LangChain and LangSmith, integrating and optimizing API calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face models, building and maintaining data pipelines for model training and inference, monitoring and improving model performance in production using structured evals and tracing, applying AI engineering principles across the full lifecycle, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship features end to end.
• • The role is based in the San Francisco office with hybrid work options, joining a Bay Area team dedicated to deploying reliable, observable, and useful AI systems in production.
• • The engineer will gain hands-on experience shipping LLMs to real users, deepen expertise in AI engineering principles, work with cutting-edge tools like LangChain and LangSmith, and contribute to impactful features that automate recruitment workflows at scale.
