- • The Principal Digital Velocity Solution Architect (DVSA) is the pinnacle of technical ServiceNow pre-sales expertise within CDW’s Digital Velocity practice, driving strategic digital transformation for high-value clients.
- • Day to day, you will lead tailored assessments and service designs, partner with sales and delivery teams on go-to-market strategies, mentor architects, produce thought leadership, and represent CDW at industry events.
- • CDW is a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that operates as a collaborative, AI-fluent organization where coworkers trust, speak candidly, and work together to deliver real impact for customers and communities.
- • In this role, you will shape CDW’s ServiceNow offerings, influence revenue growth and client success, and establish yourself as a market thought leader while mentoring teams and advancing your expertise in enterprise digital transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years delivering, architecting, or selling complex technical solutions, or 14+ years in lieu of degree
- • Deep ServiceNow domain knowledge and experience in Digital Velocity solutions and services offerings
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex sales cycles in large enterprise environments
- • Proven track record of developing high-impact, revenue-generating ServiceNow solutions
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development across sales and technical roles
- • Thought leadership via published content, public speaking, or industry recognition
- • Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field (preferred)
- • Experience building go-to-market strategies or leading product/solution development in professional services (preferred)
- • Recognition as an industry expert in verticals such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or retail (preferred)
