- • As an Account Executive (Business Development Manager) for iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will be at the forefront of our rapid expansion in the Swiss market, specifically focusing on our highly-rated Virtual Data Room (VDR) product. This is a pivotal role for our Field Sales team, based in Zurich, where you will be instrumental in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting and deal closure.
- • You will operate as a quota-carrying, front-line sales professional, responsible for actively engaging with a significant number of new potential customers each month. Your primary objective will be to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, aiming to maintain over 50 active opportunities at any given time. This involves a high-velocity approach to sales, ensuring a consistent flow of leads and potential deals.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to engage directly with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers within target organizations. These organizations will primarily be in the Finance and Banking sectors, but will also extend to other relevant industries across Switzerland. Your ability to understand their complex needs and articulate how iDeals VDR can provide solutions will be critical to your success.
- • You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with these key stakeholders and influential industry figures throughout Switzerland. This involves not just transactional sales, but also establishing iDeals as a trusted partner and thought leader in the secure business collaboration space.
- • Delivering consistently on sales targets is paramount. Your success will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers and close high-value deals. This requires a strategic approach to identifying prospects, understanding their business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions.
- • Proactively developing and managing your sales pipeline will be a core responsibility. This includes identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and moving prospects through the sales cycle efficiently. You will be expected to constantly seek out and cultivate new avenues for business.
- • You will play an active role in the execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy for Switzerland. This means aligning your prospecting and sales efforts with broader company initiatives and contributing insights to refine our go-to-market approach in the region.
- • To enhance iDeals' visibility and brand presence, you will participate in arranging and potentially presenting at M&A Community events. This provides a platform to connect with industry professionals, showcase our expertise, and generate new leads.
- • Delivering compelling and persuasive product presentations to potential clients will be a regular part of your role. You must be adept at demonstrating the value and capabilities of the iDeals VDR, tailoring your message to the specific needs of each audience.
- • Structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals will be a key measure of your performance. This requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contract terms, and the ability to navigate challenging discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- • You will be expected to consistently share valuable insights and provide timely updates to customers, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout their journey with iDeals.
- • Providing relevant and actionable customer feedback to the product development and management teams is crucial. Your insights from the front lines will directly influence the future development of our VDR product, ensuring it remains competitive and meets market demands.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with the Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, foster customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive continued revenue growth for the company. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for long-term success.
