  • • As an Account Executive specializing in Broadcast Media for Europe, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition within the European sports broadcasting and production house sector. This role demands ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, guiding prospects from initial engagement through to contract finalization. It is a highly consultative SaaS sales position that intricately blends strategic account planning, sophisticated relationship management, and disciplined deal execution from the crucial discovery phase to successful closure.
  • • You will manage a focused portfolio of approximately 25 named accounts, meticulously cultivating qualified opportunities and securing new logos. This will be achieved through close collaboration with our Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, all aimed at significantly expanding our Broadcast and Production business across the European market.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle for your assigned accounts. This includes conducting in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client needs, meticulously mapping value propositions, constructing compelling return on investment (ROI) cases, developing persuasive proposals, expertly navigating negotiations, and ultimately closing deals. A key aspect of this role involves building robust, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders across Production, Content, Digital, IT, and Executive leadership within client organizations. You will be responsible for creating mutual close plans, adeptly managing legal and commercial processes, and maintaining highly accurate sales forecasts.
  • • Strategic account planning and proactive pipeline creation are paramount. You will develop tiered account plans for your target list, detailing organizational structures, identifying incumbent technologies, understanding contract timelines, and formulating effective entry strategies. Pipeline generation will be driven through strategic participation in industry events such as IBC, leveraging warm introductions, and executing targeted outreach campaigns, with a minimal reliance on purely cold calling.
  • • The role requires a consultative approach to discovery and compelling storytelling. You will conduct structured discovery meetings with diverse personas to gain a profound understanding of client pain points, current workflows, and their overall business impact. Subsequently, you will craft clear, impactful narratives and deliver product demonstrations tailored to resonate with both senior non-technical executives and technical buyers. Close partnership with our Solutions and Customer Success teams will be essential for managing evaluations and proof-of-concept phases.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is vital for success. You will work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless handovers and facilitate early adoption, setting the stage for future account expansion. You will act as a crucial conduit for market feedback, relaying insights to our Product and Engineering teams to directly influence and shape the product roadmap. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team on developing impactful case studies, securing referenceable wins, and strategizing for event participation.
