📋 Description

• • The Account Executive will focus on building net new business for Transfr in the K12, Higher Education, and Workforce Development sectors, driving growth by identifying and closing complex, consultative sales opportunities.
• • Day to day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, creating tailored proposals based on customer needs, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close, collaborating with Marketing on campaign execution, and maintaining accurate CRM activity while traveling up to 50% within the assigned California territory.
• • Transfr is a mission-driven EdTech company leveraging immersive VR simulations to improve career training and job placement outcomes, bridging schools, workplaces, and governments to empower learners of all ages with skills for workforce success.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consultative selling within education and government markets, sharpen your ability to craft value-driven solutions, and contribute directly to scaling a product proven to enhance learning engagement and retention.
