  • • As an Account Executive at Memory AS, you will drive new business with K–12 school districts across California and the West, selling Timely’s AI-powered scheduling solution to district leaders such as Superintendents, CAOs, and CTOs. This role is critical to scaling the company’s impact in education by helping schools replace manual, inefficient scheduling with optimized, data-driven master schedules that improve teacher satisfaction and student access to courses.
  • • You will build and close sales pipeline within your assigned territory, targeting ~$1M+ in new annual bookings, by engaging district leadership through consultative, high-trust conversations, translating their academic, staffing, and budget challenges into compelling reasons to adopt Timely’s platform.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, growing education technology company that serves districts across 15+ states, combining deep expertise in school scheduling with innovative AI technology to solve a long-standing operational challenge in K–12 education.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales within the education sector, strengthen your ability to navigate complex district decision-making processes, and contribute directly to educational innovation while growing alongside an early-stage company committed to professional development and impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven closer in K–12 with 5+ years of exceeding new business quotas selling into school districts
  • • Deep understanding of district dynamics, including how decisions are made, who influences them, and how to navigate organizational complexity
  • • Strong existing network across district leaders in California, Arizona, or the broader West region
  • • Self-starter mentality with ability to generate pipeline, create momentum, and operate with autonomy
  • • Consultative sales skillset to uncover root challenges and position solutions tied to measurable district impact
  • • High accountability and ownership for territory results, paired with a team-first mindset and cross-functional collaboration ability
