📋 Description
- • Join Axon as an Account Executive, CEW/VR Specialist, where you will drive sales of TASER and Virtual Reality training solutions to municipal, provincial, and federal public safety agencies across Canada, directly contributing to Axon’s mission to Protect Life through innovative safety technology.
- • Develop and execute targeted account strategies, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (3x quota), manage end-to-end proposal responses, cultivate executive and operational relationships, and ensure accurate CRM activity in Salesforce while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable customer value.
- • Axon is a fast-paced, mission-driven company focused on solving critical safety and justice issues through its ecosystem of devices and cloud software, fostering a culture of ownership, candor, and care where employees grow while making real-world impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public safety sales, government procurement, SaaS solutions, and cross-functional collaboration, while earning recognition for exceeding quotas and contributing to life-saving outcomes in communities across Canada.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment, particularly in public safety, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
- • Deep understanding of municipal procurement processes, public safety technology, and ability to navigate complex deals
- • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and preferably digital evidence management systems, with experience working with public safety IT leaders
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with key customers and stakeholders across Western Canada
- • Bilingual French and English is an asset (not mandatory)
- • Must be willing and able to attend and successfully complete TASER Master Instructor School
