- • As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to sell the comprehensive Qualtrics platform, building deep, trusted advisor relationships with leaders at the C-suite, Director, and VP levels. This involves owning the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and engaging potential clients to delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations, and ultimately, closing complex, consultative deals.
- • You will be tasked with educating prospective clients on tailored Qualtrics packages, clearly articulating how our platform's features and capabilities directly address their unique business challenges and strategic objectives. This requires a deep understanding of the Qualtrics XM ecosystem and the ability to translate technical features into business value and measurable outcomes, such as the up to 674% ROI reported by Forrester.
- • Success in this role hinges on a strong work ethic, a persistent hunter mentality, and an entrepreneurial drive to identify and pursue opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic territory plans, meticulously balancing the pursuit of run-rate business with the acquisition of larger, transformational deals. This requires proactive engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- • Effective communication and influence are paramount. You will need to build trust and rapport both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with clients. Consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering solid business outcomes is a key performance indicator for this role. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and reliable sales forecasts, enabling effective business planning and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree
- • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
- • Experience navigating Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications
- • Ability to travel when necessary
- • Experience closing complex, consultative deals
