  • • As a Corporate Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with medium to corporate-sized businesses in the Benelux region, helping them grow by selling the full HubSpot growth platform, with a focus on Enterprise licenses. You will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, using your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to guide customers through their buyer’s journey.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and owning your annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan; finding new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads; running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders; closing new business and expanding existing accounts at or above quota monthly; selling through internal champions to multiple stakeholders; collaborating with marketing and product teams to adapt sales strategies; conducting online and occasional in-person product demonstrations; and liaising with Legal, Finance, and Security teams to resolve complex contract requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of closing sales experience
  • • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • • Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President’s Club)
  • • Strong focus on goals with a disciplined approach to achieving them
