  • • Own and close all transactional opportunities under $30K Gross ARR across the America Strategic account base, including small seat expansions, Docker Hardened Images (DHI) deals, and add-on sales outside the renewal cycle
  • • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for sourced qualified opportunities and closed business within the sub-$30K segment
  • • Accurately forecast sales pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis using Salesforce, maintaining disciplined hygiene across high-volume concurrent opportunities
  • • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify, triage, and hand off small opportunities within their accounts, ensuring seamless customer experience and no deal falls through the cracks
  • • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to understand technical requirements, address objections, and accelerate deal closure for Docker products
  • • Engage with procurement teams and channel partners across North, Central, and South American markets to navigate diverse purchasing processes, compliance requirements, and time zones
  • • Respond to and qualify incoming inbound inquiries regarding Docker products within the ~$30K transactional segment
  • • Drive adoption and expansion of Docker within the existing customer install base by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Docker Desktop, Docker Business, Docker Hub, Docker Scout, Docker Build Cloud, and Docker Hardened Images
  • • Share customer feedback and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to inform roadmap priorities and campaign strategies
  • • Develop deep product knowledge across Docker’s full suite of tools and craft concise, compelling pitches tailored to developer, engineering, and IT buyers in the sub-$30K segment
  • • Maintain a high-velocity sales motion with short sales cycles, managing multiple accounts and territories simultaneously without compromising pipeline accuracy or customer experience
  • • Build and execute a repeatable playbook for deal execution across Docker Business, DHI, and add-on products, refining processes based on outcomes and team feedback
  • • Establish trusted partnerships with every Strategic AE, TAM, and Solutions Engineer on the America team through clear handoff protocols and consistent communication
  • • Operate independently after 90 days, managing a high volume of concurrent deals across multiple markets while consistently closing transactions and meeting forecast targets

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling technical products to developer, engineering, or IT personas
  • • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity or transactional sales motion
  • • Experience working with or aptitude to quickly learn complex technical products; familiarity with containers, DevOps, or developer tooling is a strong plus
  • • Comfort operating across multiple European and Latin American markets, including navigating diverse procurement processes, time zones, and cultural norms
  • • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and similar sales tools is a plus
  • • Experience with Open Source Software business models is preferred but not required
