  • • As the first Account Executive in Luminovo’s New York office, you will be a pioneer in expanding the company’s presence across North America, driving growth in the trillion-dollar electronics industry by selling a transformative SaaS platform that unites data, processes, and stakeholders in the electronics supply chain.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating your own sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events; qualifying leads via discovery meetings; delivering tailored product demonstrations and workshops; proving value with ROI calculations; guiding prospects through the full sales cycle to close deals; and ensuring smooth handover to customer success post-sale.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, remote-first team headquartered in Munich, working closely with North American sales leadership, business operations, marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to align on strategy, share customer feedback, and refine the sales playbook.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales within a technical industry, master the SPICED framework, build a strong professional network in electronics manufacturing and design, and grow into a mentor and leader who helps shape the sales function as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment
  • • Ability to generate pipeline independently through outreach, networking, and event participation
  • • Strong consultative selling skills, including running discovery meetings, product demos, and value-based workshops
