- • The Sales team at Ravio serves as the crucial first point of human contact for our clients, a responsibility we take very seriously. Our approach is deeply customer-centric, prioritizing education and insightful guidance over aggressive sales tactics. In this pivotal Account Executive role, you will be entrusted with the complete ownership and strategic development of the DACH region – one of Ravio’s most vital markets. Germany already represents our second-largest market in terms of revenue and client size, underscoring the immense potential and strategic importance of this territory. This is a unique chance to truly own a market, defining regional strategies, cultivating a robust market presence, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice and trusted face of Ravio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This position is fully remote within Germany, requiring a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for autonomous work.
- • *Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
- • **Territory Ownership and Lifecycle Management:** Take full accountability for the DACH region, managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and successful closing of deals.
- • **Market Penetration and Strategy:** Proactively research, identify, and engage potential clients within the DACH tech industry, spanning the spectrum from early-stage startups to established public tech companies. Develop and execute a tailored outbound strategy to penetrate this key market.
- • **Deep Customer Understanding:** Cultivate a profound understanding of the diverse and evolving compensation-related challenges faced by modern tech companies. Become an expert in articulating how Ravio's innovative platform provides effective solutions and drives tangible business value.
- • **Relationship Building:** Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective customers. Maintain consistent and meaningful dialogue, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on compensation best practices.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with the Marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to guarantee a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients, setting them up for long-term success.
- • **Product Influence and Market Insights:** Actively contribute to the continuous refinement and improvement of your sales territory strategy. Crucially, share valuable market insights and customer feedback directly with our Product team, influencing the future development and enhancement of Ravio’s data products and workflow tools.
- • **Expertise Development:** Collaborate closely with Ravio's founders and Commercial leadership to deepen your expertise in compensation trends and strategies. Become a recognized authority in the field, contributing to Ravio's international expansion efforts.
- • **Driving Revenue Growth:** Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for the DACH region, directly contributing to Ravio's overall revenue growth and market leadership.
