- • The Deel IT division is dedicated to equipping the world's talent with the tools they need to excel. Our platform simplifies the procurement, deployment, repair, and recovery of entire fleets of devices and home office equipment for employees in over 120 countries, offering a truly slick and integrated solution.
- • As an Account Executive for Deel IT, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our IT solutions within the mid-market segment. You will own the complete sales cycle, from identifying and engaging net new logos to nurturing relationships and closing complex commercial deals. This role demands a proactive, resilient, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to hunt for new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in selling software-led products to mid-market companies (ranging from 200 to 2,000 employees). You will be expected to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, working collaboratively with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure consistent lead flow and opportunity generation.
- • Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape and the challenges businesses face in managing their global workforces' equipment needs. You will need to effectively articulate the unique value proposition of Deel IT, demonstrating how our platform can streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
- • You will be responsible for navigating intricate sales processes, building strong rapport with key stakeholders across various departments within target organizations, and skillfully negotiating contracts to a successful close. Your ability to present compelling solutions and win the trust of potential clients will be paramount.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in IT SaaS (e.g., MDM, IAM, device lifecycle management, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
- • Proven success in selling software-led products to mid-market companies (200-2,000 employees) with a strong track record of closing net new logo deals.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including effective collaboration with BDRs.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- • An owner mindset with a proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach to sales.
