- • As an Account Executive for Deel IT in the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our IT and equipment management solutions. Deel IT is dedicated to equipping the world's talent with the tools they need to excel. Our platform simplifies the procurement, deployment, repair, and recovery of entire fleets of devices and home office equipment for employees across more than 120 countries. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence within the Mid-Market (MM) segment, targeting companies with 200 to 2,000 employees.
- • This role demands a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of hunting net new logos and managing the complete sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their unique IT and equipment management challenges, and articulating the significant value proposition of Deel IT. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex commercial landscapes, and consistently close deals, contributing directly to Deel's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • You will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation and closing. This includes developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, leveraging partnerships with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and effectively managing your sales forecast with accuracy and accountability. Your ability to identify pipeline gaps and proactively address them will be crucial for exceeding targets.
- • A core aspect of this role involves becoming a passionate advocate for Deel IT. You will need to deeply understand our product offerings and mission, translating complex technical features into tangible business benefits for potential clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount, enabling you to build trust, demonstrate expertise, and effectively win over prospects.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within IT SaaS (e.g., MDM, IAM, device lifecycle management, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
- • Proven success in selling software-led products to Mid-Market (200-2,000 employees) companies, with a strong track record of hunting net new logos.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex B2B software deals.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- • Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales results, and collaborate effectively with BDRs.
