- • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective dental offices, initiating cold outreach to introduce Clipboard’s staffing platform and drive new office activations on the platform.
- • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting the value proposition, handling objections, negotiating pricing, and closing new dental office accounts.
- • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline with consistent follow-up on leads, maintaining detailed records of all outreach, conversations, and next steps to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- • Navigate longer sales cycles by persistently re-engaging unresponsive or hesitant dental office decision-makers over time to convert them into active customers.
- • Clearly articulate how Clipboard solves critical staffing challenges for dental offices, emphasizing financial stability for healthcare workers and reliable staffing for practices.
- • Lead price negotiation discussions with dental office owners, managers, or administrators, tailoring proposals to align with their operational needs and budget constraints.
- • Ensure seamless transition of newly activated dental offices onto the platform by coordinating onboarding logistics and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth platform adoption.
- • Conduct research to identify high-potential dental offices not yet using Clipboard, prioritizing outreach based on location, practice size, staffing gaps, and market demand.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene by updating CRM systems in real-time, tracking engagement metrics, and reporting on conversion rates and sales progress.
- • Demonstrate deep curiosity and initiative by digging beyond surface-level responses during conversations to uncover root causes of staffing challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- • Act with ownership by taking full responsibility for pipeline outcomes, proactively solving problems that arise during the sales process, and implementing improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- • Embrace a customer-centric mindset by genuinely understanding the daily pressures dental offices face and prioritizing their long-term success over short-term sales targets.
- • Communicate confidently and persuasively via phone and email in English, adapting tone and messaging to connect with diverse decision-makers across various dental office sizes and structures.
- • Operate independently in a fully remote environment, self-managing daily tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining high productivity without direct supervision.
- • Stay aligned with Clipboard’s mission of uplifting communities by recognizing the direct impact of placing healthcare workers in dental practices that rely on reliable staffing.
- • Continuously refine sales techniques by reflecting on feedback, analyzing wins and losses, and iterating on outreach strategies to improve conversion efficiency.
- • Uphold ethical sales practices by being transparent about platform capabilities, avoiding overpromising, and ensuring all communications reflect Clipboard’s commitment to integrity and care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- • Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
- • Proven experience in a sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads
- • Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle
- • Stable high-speed internet connection
- • A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- • Availability to work US Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT)
