- • The Account Executive role at Engine Group Holdings, Inc. is a full-cycle sales position focused on driving net new business in the Mid-Market segment by transforming corporate travel through technology-driven personalization and automation. This role is critical to Engine’s mission of simplifying and enhancing business travel for over 1 million travelers across 20,000+ companies, leveraging exclusive rates, rewards, and spend management tools.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, conduct 55+ cold calls per day, manage a book of named accounts, deliver online demos, collaborate with the Account Management team on onboarding, maintain data hygiene in Salesforce and related tools, and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive exclusive usage of Engine’s platform.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in B2B sales execution, master sales tech stack tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong), refine outbound prospecting and negotiation skills, and gain experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment with clear pathways to exceed targets and contribute to company-wide revenue goals.
