  • • Lead greenfield and upsell sales initiatives across the insurance vertical, developing expansion strategies to deepen product adoption and maximize account value for Socure’s AI-powered identity and fraud solutions.
  • • Manage full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales from prospecting to close, targeting high-value deals with innovative, fast-growing insurance companies.
  • • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and executive-level engagement with C-suite and decision-makers in the insurance industry.
  • • Conduct consultative selling by aligning complex technical solutions in identity verification, fraud prevention, and digital identity with customer-specific business needs and risk profiles.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate customer feedback into product roadmap inputs and ensure alignment on client outcomes.
  • • Deliver accurate and actionable pipeline forecasts to support strategic planning, revenue targets, and organizational forecasting cycles.
  • • Represent Socure at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and deepen relationships within the insurance sector.
  • • Navigate ambiguous, high-growth environments by building scalable sales processes and adapting strategies to evolving market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
  • • Drive value-based conversations with enterprise clients, articulating ROI through data-driven insights on fraud reduction, compliance efficiency, and customer onboarding acceleration.
  • • Operate within a hybrid model requiring in-person engagement with clients and team members in one of Socure’s hub locations: New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Charlotte, NC.
  • • Own a defined territory within the insurance industry with responsibility for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of insurance risk models, underwriting workflows, and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions that address pain points in KYC, AML, and digital onboarding.
  • • Maintain detailed CRM records and sales activity logs to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with company-wide sales methodologies.
  • • Stay current on competitive landscape developments, emerging fraud trends, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance industry to inform sales strategy and client messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–9+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of closing large, complex deals
  • • Experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
  • • Demonstrated success in one or more key verticals: financial services
  • • Ability to drive value-based conversations and craft tailored solutions for C-level stakeholders
  • • Background selling fraud, identity, big data, or security solutions in highly technical environments
  • • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes in high-growth settings
