  • • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for Socure’s Workforce product, targeting innovative companies in workforce management, HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and adjacent verticals to drive strategic growth in a greenfield territory.
  • • Develop and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts to deepen product adoption, maximize account value, and increase lifetime customer revenue.
  • • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, consistently landing high-value SaaS deals with fast-growing enterprises.
  • • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, executive-level engagement, and targeted prospecting in workforce and identity verification markets.
  • • Act as a consultative advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, aligning Socure’s AI-powered identity and fraud solutions with customer needs in fraud prevention, risk management, and digital identity verification.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate customer feedback into product roadmap inputs and improve go-to-market alignment.
  • • Deliver accurate and reliable pipeline forecasts to support strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and executive decision-making.
  • • Represent Socure at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence and deepening key client relationships through in-person engagement.
  • • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development, pricing strategy, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • • Demonstrate leadership through strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and adherence to Socure’s core values of innovation, precision, and shared expertise.
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving legal, compliance, IT, HR, and finance teams within enterprise organizations.
  • • Sell highly technical solutions centered on big data, analytics, identity verification, and fraud detection, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for non-technical buyers.
  • • Operate effectively in a high-growth startup environment with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and rapid product iteration.
  • • Leverage existing networks and relationships within workforce management, HR tech, and identity verification industries to accelerate pipeline development and market penetration.
  • • Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM management, activity tracking, and sales process adherence to ensure scalability and predictability in sales execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of closing large, complex deals
  • • Proven experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
  • • Demonstrated success in the workforce management, HRIS, applicant tracking systems, fraud, or identity verification verticals
  • • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on customer outcomes and value-based positioning
  • • Experience selling highly technical fraud, risk, identity, big data, analytics, or security solutions to C-level executives
  • • Background in startup or high-growth environments with ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes
