đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full-cycle sales process for K-12 schools and districts across New York State (excluding NYC & Long Island), generating new opportunities through cold outreach, warm referrals, inbound leads, and RFP responses while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 150+ active prospects by leveraging outbound calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, regional events, and strategic partnerships; track every touchpoint meticulously in our CRM to ensure forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.

- • Represent Yondr at state and national education conferences, regional trade shows, and weekend EdTech expos; generate qualified leads, capture market intelligence, and position Yondr as the thought leader in creating focused, phone-free learning environments.
- • Partner with Marketing to craft region-specific campaigns, case studies, and referral incentives that accelerate word-of-mouth growth among New York’s 700+ school districts; turn satisfied customers into vocal advocates who introduce you to neighboring systems.

- • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to Product and Implementation teams, translating field insights into feature enhancements, training modules, and support resources that keep Yondr ahead of evolving educator needs and competitive pressures.

- • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset: test new prospecting channels, iterate on messaging, and share winning plays across the national Education Sales team so every rep benefits from your regional discoveries.
- • Champion Yondr’s mission internally and externally, embodying the belief that students learn, connect, and thrive when freed from constant digital distraction, and inspire educators to join a movement that is reshaping the future of classroom culture.
