📋 Description

  • • Own the full sales cycle for Topsort’s retail-media infrastructure across EMEA, from first conversation to signed contract and successful launch, carrying and beating a quarterly quota.
  • • Build and run a repeatable, data-driven outbound motion that targets retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps in Germany, France, the Nordics, and beyond—turning cold prospects into multi-year, seven-figure partnerships.
  • • Become the strategic advisor who shows C-level and VP-level buyers how Retail Media 3.0 can unlock new high-margin revenue streams, deepen supplier relationships, and future-proof their business against Amazon and other giants.
  • • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with our Berlin-based founding team and co-founders to refine ICP definitions, sharpen value propositions, and pressure-test pricing models that will later be scaled to a 200-person global sales org.
  • • Run discovery workshops, ROI analyses, and custom pilots that prove Topsort’s auction-based ad server can lift ad yield by 30 %+ while keeping the user experience lightning-fast and privacy-safe.
  • • Partner with Solutions Engineering to translate complex technical requirements into clear, buyer-ready business cases—then quarterback legal, procurement, and security reviews to close deals in 60-90 days.
  • • Feed real-time market intelligence back to Product and Marketing: competitive threats, emerging use-cases, and regional compliance nuances that shape our roadmap and messaging.
  • • Mentor the next wave of Account Executives we hire across EMEA, codifying your winning plays into battle cards, email templates, and demo scripts that accelerate ramp time.
  • • Represent Topsort on stage at industry events, podcasts, and customer advisory boards, evangelizing the shift from manual media kits to real-time, auction-based retail media.
  • • Live our culture of “100 mph execution”: if a deck can be shipped today, ship it today; if a prospect needs a custom metric, build the spreadsheet tonight and present it tomorrow morning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, ideally selling infrastructure or ad-tech to marketplaces, retailers, or e-commerce platforms.
  • • Fluent in English and German (C1+); additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • • Proven track record of closing six-figure ARR deals in a remote-first environment and exceeding quota by 120 %+ for at least two consecutive years.
  • • Deep familiarity with retail media, programmatic auctions, or performance advertising KPIs (ROAS, CPC, fill-rate, eCPM).
  • • Comfortable running technical discovery with engineers and presenting to C-suite executives in the same week.
