- ⢠As an Account Executive (EMEA) at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts across the Commercial segment in the EMEA region, directly contributing to the companyâs mission of delivering leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec solutions to Fortune 500 organizations.
- ⢠You will own and manage a defined Commercial territory spanning both publicly listed and privately held companies, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycleâfrom prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale expansionâwhile operating in a hybrid model from the London office with 2â3 days per week onsite.
- ⢠You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, particularly CFOs and executives, by aligning Optroâs audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform with their strategic business objectives, translating technical capabilities into compelling business cases that secure executive sponsorship and budget approval.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, Business Value Consulting, and the Big 4 Alliance partners to design tailored solutions, co-create value-driven proposals, and execute joint go-to-market initiatives such as field marketing, trade shows, and partner-led campaigns.
- ⢠You will employ a consultative, solution-selling approach grounded in meticulous planning and preparation, leveraging deep industry knowledge in IT security, risk management, and enterprise software to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and ensure flawless execution of legal, IT security, and onboarding processes.
- ⢠You will continuously refine your sales methodology through structured coaching, feedback loops, and adherence to a defined sales process, while cultivating an âin the fieldâ mindset that prioritizes face-to-face engagement with prospects and customers to build trust and accelerate deal velocity.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise technology solutions, preferably in SaaS, IT security, risk management, or GRC domains.
- ⢠Proven track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level executives, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, opportunity progression, and disciplined adherence to a structured sales process.
- ⢠Strong affinity for and understanding of software solutions related to audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec, with the ability to articulate technical value in business terms.
- ⢠Experience collaborating effectively with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and external partners (including Big 4 firms) to co-create customer-centric solutions and drive joint initiatives.
- ⢠Comfort with hybrid work model requiring 2â3 days per week in the London office, with a willingness to travel for customer meetings and field engagement as needed.
