- • Own the entire new business sales cycle for Front’s customer operations platform across EMEA, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion to discovery calls, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospects using Gong and Salesforce, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and consistent pipeline health
- • Execute outbound selling motions focused on the UKI region through cold outreach, email sequencing, and marketing-led events to drive self-sourced pipeline creation
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product to deliver a seamless prospect experience and align sales efforts with broader GTM strategy
- • Maintain real-time knowledge of Front’s product capabilities, pricing models, and competitive landscape to effectively position value-based solutions to B2B customers
- • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas by identifying high-potential accounts, qualifying leads effectively, and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- • Work with the Director of EMEA Sales to provide direct feedback and insights that shape the regional go-to-market strategy and improve sales processes
- • Engage with prospects from diverse markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, gaining broad regional sales experience beyond the UKI focus area
- • Participate in team collaboration and strategy sessions in the Dublin office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
- • Leverage Front’s high customer satisfaction (98% CSAT) and strong market reputation to confidently present a product proven to deliver operational value to enterprise clients like Uber Freight, Navan, and Stripe
- • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, tailoring outreach to address complex customer operations challenges
- • Adapt quickly to evolving sales priorities, pipeline demands, and product updates within a scaling global organization with proven traction backed by Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably selling customer support or helpdesk solutions
- • Proven experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, email sequencing, and event-led selling
- • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- • EMEA market experience preferred
- • Professional fluency in English
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
