You will be instrumental in bringing WorkWhile’s innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies and other national accounts, fundamentally changing how they manage their hourly workforce.
- • This is a true hunter role, demanding a proactive and strategic approach to identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level deals. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and deep discovery to crafting compelling solutions, navigating intricate negotiations, and ultimately securing significant new business. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales quotas and contribute directly to WorkWhile's rapid growth trajectory.
- • A core aspect of this position involves developing and executing sophisticated account plans. These plans will be designed to penetrate and systematically expand WorkWhile’s presence within large, established organizations. This requires a deep understanding of their existing labor strategies, operational challenges, and financial objectives. You will need to build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various departments, including operations, finance, procurement, and HR.

You will act as a strategic advisor, articulating WorkWhile’s unique value proposition with clarity and conviction. This includes demonstrating how our platform addresses critical enterprise needs in areas such as flexible staffing solutions, workforce analytics, operational efficiency, and the crucial imperative of providing hourly workers with stable income and essential benefits.
- • You will be responsible for building and meticulously managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified enterprise opportunities. Accurate sales forecasting will be paramount, enabling the company to plan effectively and capitalize on market momentum. This requires a disciplined approach to pipeline management and a keen understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
