  • • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to signed contract for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • • Sell multi-seat, multi-year SaaS deals with annual contract values often exceeding six figures.
  • • Build and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, analytics, procurement, and data teams within enterprise organizations.
  • • Navigate long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations.
  • • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the go-to-market engine.
  • • Use Gong.io to analyze sales calls, refine messaging, and support team-wide learning and improvement.
  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategy, playbooks, and positioning as one of the early sales hires.
  • • Work within Eastern Time Zone hours to align with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
  • • Target enterprise clients in the advertising, marketing, or media industries with annual ad spend exceeding $1M.
  • • Operate in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS startup environment with rapid scaling and evolving processes.
  • • Engage with both technical and business leaders to articulate product value and drive adoption.
  • • Leverage experience in early-stage startups to shape sales processes from the ground up.
  • • Focus on closing complex enterprise deals requiring multi-departmental alignment and prolonged negotiation cycles.
  • • Contribute to the expansion of the company’s footprint in global enterprise markets while operating remotely.
  • • Represent a well-funded NYC-based SaaS company backed by leading venture investors.
  • • Deliver consistent performance in a results-driven environment with high expectations for quota attainment.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving product offerings and market feedback as part of a founding GTM team.
  • • Maintain rigorous discipline in CRM hygiene and sales activity tracking to support forecasting accuracy.
  • • Participate in strategic planning sessions to refine ideal customer profiles and sales motion efficiency.
  • • Operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment with company-wide sales goals and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in full-cycle sales roles within US-based, venture-backed SaaS startups
  • • Demonstrated success closing enterprise software deals, especially multi-seat and multi-year contracts
  • • Experience selling into large brands within the advertising, marketing, or media space
  • • Fluency with modern sales tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io
  • • Availability to work startup hours within the Eastern Time Zone
  • • Comfortable speaking to both technical and business leaders
