- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to make data access as simple and reliable as electricity by driving new customer acquisition and expanding Fivetran’s footprint within the enterprise market in British Columbia, Canada. This remote, full-time position is critical to achieving aggressive revenue targets and strengthening Fivetran’s position as a leader in automated data integration, enabling organizations to become truly data-driven without engineering overhead.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics teams to generate pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and exceed revenue goals through strategic, value-driven engagement with enterprise prospects. Your day-to-day will involve leading deep discovery sessions with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to uncover data challenges, align Fivetran’s capabilities with business outcomes, and build long-term, strategic customer relationships grounded in trust and measurable value.
- • You will proactively identify and land new enterprise target accounts, then expand those relationships through cross-sells, upsells, and new use cases, while cultivating strategic partnerships that unlock additional opportunities and shorten deal cycles. Accurate forecasting and diligent opportunity management will be essential as you maintain clear visibility into sales performance and progress deals through complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience with proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive long-term sales cycles.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike while maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholders in value-driven sales processes.
- • In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology landscape, including key players, trends, and competitive differentiators in the data integration and analytics space.
- • Proven experience managing complex, solution-based sales cycles with strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management abilities.
- • Demonstrated resilience, creativity, and resourcefulness in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- • Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously without losing focus or dropping critical details.
