- • As an Account Executive for Enterprise at Alan SAS, you will engage with large companies (3,000+ employees) across sectors like Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, turning prospects into long-term customers by selling Alan’s vertically integrated health partner solution that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demos to closing deals and supporting onboarding—while applying Alan’s Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful, instructive, and personalized experience for HR executives, CEOs, and other stakeholders.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on transforming health benefits from a cost center into a strategic investment, working within a culture of radical transparency, distributed ownership, and continuous growth, where your feedback and initiative directly shape product and strategy.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments, learn to navigate long sales cycles and RFP processes, and grow into a trusted strategic partner who co-creates customized health solutions and helps shape Alan’s enterprise go-to-market approach.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 8 years of experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- • Full working proficiency in French (C2 level or above) and advanced English
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, with regular travel to Paris
- • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
