  • • Scribe is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving Scribe's growth by landing new, strategic enterprise clients and establishing foundational relationships that pave the way for long-term success and expansion. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of introducing Scribe's revolutionary Workflow AI platform to the world's most forward-thinking organizations, empowering leaders across diverse industries to fundamentally transform how their teams operate and achieve their goals.
  • • You will report directly to Marcus Rider, our Sales Manager, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. This collaborative environment is key to ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximizing the impact of our platform. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed net-new sales targets within the enterprise segment, contributing significantly to Scribe's ongoing expansion and market leadership.
  • • The core of your responsibility will involve managing a robust pipeline of both inbound leads and proactively prospecting into a carefully defined set of named enterprise accounts. You will be tasked with initiating and nurturing relationships, with a primary focus on securing the initial contract within these key accounts. This requires a deep understanding of their business challenges and the ability to articulate how Scribe's unique value proposition directly addresses those needs.
  • • You will own and expertly navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from the initial point of contact through to successful closing. These cycles are typically expected to conclude within a 3–4 month timeframe, with an Average Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $50,000 to $100,000. This necessitates a strategic and agile approach to sales, ensuring efficient progression and timely closure.
  • • A critical component of your role will be delivering compelling and tailored product demonstrations, executive-level presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements. These interactions must clearly and convincingly demonstrate how Scribe's Workflow AI platform translates into tangible customer outcomes, such as increased productivity, enhanced efficiency, and improved knowledge sharing.
  • • To effectively manage your sales activities and contribute to our data-driven sales strategy, you will leverage a suite of essential sales tools, including Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting, Gong for call analysis and coaching, and Sigma for deeper data insights. Proficiency in these tools is crucial for maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, improving forecast reliability, and providing valuable feedback to our Go-To-Market leadership.
  • • Beyond individual sales performance, you will play an active role in shaping and refining Scribe's sales methodology. By consistently analyzing what strategies are proving effective, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing your insights, you will contribute to raising the overall bar for the sales organization and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of sales innovation.

Your pipeline management is characterized by clarity, responsiveness, and a rigorous commitment to accurate forecasting.
