- • In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for Enterprise-level prospects, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing. You will develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and penetrate key target accounts within the Fortune 1000 and other large, complex organizations. This involves understanding the intricate needs and challenges of these enterprises, including their existing PR workflows, media relations strategies, brand reputation management concerns, and their desire to measure the business impact of their communications efforts.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, including Chief Communications Officers, VPs of PR, Heads of Marketing, and other C-suite executives. Your ability to articulate Muck Rack's value proposition, demonstrating how our AI-powered, comprehensive, and integrated platform can streamline their PR operations, generate positive media coverage, effectively monitor brand mentions for reputation management, and provide robust analytics to measure PR's impact on business outcomes, will be paramount.
- • This position demands a deep understanding of the PR and communications landscape, including current trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving role of earned media. You will need to be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, building relationships across multiple departments, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas for Enterprise accounts.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Prospecting and identifying new Enterprise sales opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and leveraging market intelligence.
- • Conducting in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of Enterprise clients.
- • Developing and presenting customized proposals and business cases that clearly articulate Muck Rack's ROI and strategic advantages.
- • Negotiating complex contracts and terms with procurement and legal departments of large organizations.
- • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts to foster customer loyalty and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- • Collaborating closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and successful client journey.
- • Staying abreast of industry best practices, competitive intelligence, and Muck Rack's product roadmap to effectively position our solutions.
- • Contributing to the refinement of Muck Rack's Enterprise sales strategy and best practices.
