  • • Serve as Senior Account Executive responsible for full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract execution, targeting Fortune 1000 and similarly sized organizations.
  • • Generate, qualify, and advance pipeline opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic engagement with enterprise decision-makers in advertising technology and media investment sectors.
  • • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business objectives and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with their advertising budget optimization needs.
  • • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-year, multi-seat SaaS agreements with contract values of USD 100K ARR or greater, coordinating closely with legal and procurement teams.
  • • Maintain rigorous forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce and HubSpot, providing weekly updates to executive leadership on deal progress and revenue projections.
  • • Analyze call recordings and deal data via Gong.io to identify sales patterns, refine messaging, and share actionable insights with the commercial team to improve overall effectiveness.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market messaging, inform product roadmap priorities, and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
  • • Contribute to the development and formalization of sales processes, playbooks, collateral, and market positioning as an early member of Hangar’s inaugural commercial organization.
  • • Operate autonomously within the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a venture-backed, high-growth startup, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and scaling demands.
  • • Work exclusively during core hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone to ensure alignment with U.S.-based stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • • Leverage deep industry knowledge of advertising technology, performance analytics, or data platforms that support media investment decisions to build credibility and drive value-based conversations.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
  • • Maintain a high standard of data integrity and process discipline across all sales tools and reporting systems to support scalable growth.
  • • Act as a key contributor to building the foundational sales infrastructure of a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS company with global client exposure.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum six (6) years of quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS at venture-funded, high-growth companies in the United States.
  • • Documented success closing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders and contract values of USD 100K ARR or greater.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency managing end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and executive-level engagement.
  • • Advanced user of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and related sales-enablement technologies.
  • • Industry knowledge of advertising technology, performance analytics, or data platforms that support media investment decisions.
  • • Availability to work core hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
