As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by winning new business in the Enterprise segment. Your success will be measured by revenue generation, pipeline development, and customer acquisition, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
  • • **Own an Enterprise Territory:** Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated list of Enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
  • • **Achieve Sales Goals:** Meet and exceed individual revenue targets and activity quotas. Proactively generate self-sourced opportunities within your book of business to create a highly qualified pipeline.
  • • **Prospect and Engage:** Respond to inbound demo requests and proactively reach out to prospects using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong.io, and Salesforce to track interactions and optimize engagement.
  • • **Demo and Present:** Showcase Muck Rack’s AI-powered platform in meetings, calls, and events. Tailor presentations to address the unique challenges and goals of Enterprise prospects, demonstrating how Muck Rack can solve their pain points.
  • • **Negotiate and Close Deals:** Lead complex sales cycles, coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales support, subject matter experts) to navigate negotiations, finalize contracts, and secure wins. Focus on engaging executive buyers and decision-making committees to drive consensus.
  • • **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on messaging, address prospect concerns, and ensure a seamless handoff post-sale. Share feedback from prospects to help refine Muck Rack’s offerings.
  • • **Leverage AI and Tools:** Incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance productivity, accelerate deal cycles, and improve prospect engagement. Stay proficient in Muck Rack’s tech stack, including Google Drive, Slack, CPQ systems, and Guru.
