  • • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for companies with over 3,000 employees, including CAC40 firms, from initial prospecting to closing complex deals.
  • • Engage with multi-stakeholder decision-making teams including HR directors, CFOs, CEOs, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Compensation & Benefits, Accounting, and external brokers.
  • • Navigate lengthy sales cycles averaging multiple years, involving extensive RFP processes, audits, product customization, and co-creation of tailored health insurance and digital solutions.
  • • Deliver high-touch, consultative product demonstrations and educational sessions aligned with Alan’s Smart & Soft selling method, focusing on empathy, persuasion, and value-driven storytelling.
  • • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in large organizations, often requiring face-to-face meetings across multiple locations in France.
  • • Adapt sales strategies to diverse workforce profiles, including 60% cadres and 40% non-cadres, while addressing digital adoption challenges and change management concerns around new health insurance implementation.
  • • Develop and present customized health plans informed by client demographics, past claims data, payroll system integrations, and existing benefit regimes to meet HR priorities like productivity, competitive pricing, and employee well-being.
  • • Lead account-based sales strategies with a Key Account Management approach, positioning Alan as a strategic health partner rather than a standard insurance provider.
  • • Create and manage professional sales materials, including exclusive proposals, “Health Club” labels, and early adopter programs to enhance employer brand attractiveness.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new enterprise clients and reinforce the customer experience from prospect to customer.
  • • Actively contribute to product, process, and strategy improvements by sharing frontline insights from enterprise clients.
  • • Maintain rigorous organizational discipline with exceptional follow-up and pipeline management across volatile, high-stakes opportunities where one deal can represent 50% of annual sales targets.
  • • Travel regularly to Paris and other client sites across France to meet with prospects, attend stakeholder workshops, and support client onboarding.
  • • Apply deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers to justify premium pricing and long-term contract commitments.
  • • Uphold Alan’s cultural commitment to human-centered sales by ensuring every interaction is delightful, transparent, and aligned with the company’s mission to end healthcare waits.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 8 years of experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • • Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English
  • • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales processes in large organizations
  • • Demonstrated success in selling subscription-based or recurring revenue models
  • • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up and pipeline management capabilities
  • • Empathy and passion for solving customer problems through consultative selling
