- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within the enterprise segment. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, building, and managing a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and driving upsells within existing accounts. You will be the trusted advisor for key stakeholders and executives in Research, Product, and Design departments, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Maze can help them achieve their strategic business objectives.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in full-cycle SaaS sales. You will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles, managing deal progression with a strong commitment to qualification methodologies, and collaborating closely with internal teams. This includes partnering with business development, customer success, support, legal, security, and finance to ensure smooth and successful contract execution. Accurate forecasting of performance against revenue targets will be a critical aspect of your role, requiring meticulous pipeline management and a deep understanding of your accounts.
- • Beyond closing deals, you will be a valuable contributor to our go-to-market strategy. Sharing best practices, providing crucial product feedback, and actively participating in team initiatives will be essential to making your teammates and our product suite even better. - • This position is targeted for candidates located in either the Chicago (CST) or New York (EST) time zones, supporting our fully remote workforce. You will be expected to travel periodically to represent Maze at industry conferences and engage with clients, further solidifying your role as a key player in our sales organization. - • Key Responsibilities:
- • Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation activities.
- • Develop and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline within the enterprise segment, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across Research, Product Management, and Design functions within target enterprise accounts.
- • Articulate Maze's value proposition effectively, tailoring solutions to meet the specific business needs and strategic goals of enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, including Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Security, and Finance, to facilitate complex contract negotiations and ensure successful customer onboarding.
- • Accurately forecast sales performance, manage pipeline health, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- • Act as a product evangelist, gathering valuable market intelligence and providing constructive feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to drive product innovation.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and methodologies, sharing best practices and insights with the wider sales team.
- • Plan and execute territory and account strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth within your assigned segment.
- • Leverage CRM, prospecting tools, and AI-driven automation to enhance sales efficiency, gain deeper customer insights, and drive intelligent decision-making.
- • Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, maintaining poise and professionalism in all client interactions.
