- • The Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts at Autodesk is a strategic, customer-facing sales role focused on driving revenue growth and expansion within large, complex enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA region. This position owns end-to-end sales cycles, from developing tailored growth strategies to negotiating and closing high-value Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs), acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and aligning Autodesk’s solutions with customer business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will develop and execute comprehensive account plans targeting senior stakeholders, lead executive-level business reviews, and expand product adoption across business units and buying groups within enterprise organisations. They will drive incremental revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions, manage consumption- and subscription-based commercial models, and own pipeline forecasting with data-driven judgement to ensure predictability and deal health.
- • The role involves leading complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations in collaboration with Deal Desk, legal, finance, and partner teams, navigating intricate deal structures tied to renewals or long-term frameworks. The Account Executive will partner closely with technical specialists and extended sales teams in Account Team Unit (ATU) motions to co-sell integrated solutions, ensuring strong solution fit during discovery and seamless handover to Customer Success post-sale for onboarding and value realisation.
- • Operating within a matrixed sales environment, the Account Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with specialists, partners, and internal teams to design differentiated customer solutions, applying strategic thinking and commercial acumen to influence outcomes. They will deliver compelling, insight-led value propositions through executive storytelling, aligning Autodesk’s technology stack with customer priorities around sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
