The ability to intuitively recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures, as well as potential obstacles, is crucial for overcoming challenges and accelerating deal cycles.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and Gong is essential. This includes diligently logging customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data. This commitment to data integrity not only supports individual performance tracking but also provides invaluable insights for the broader team and organization, enabling continuous learning and refinement of our sales processes and strategies.

- • Effectively communicating Deel's value proposition, highlighting our AI-powered tools and fully owned payroll infrastructure, will be key to differentiating us in a competitive market.
- • Collaborating with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional post-sale client experience is also a critical aspect of this role.
