- • Serve as the first Enterprise Account Executive for the ANZ region, shaping Spellbook’s growth strategy and market presence in Australia and New Zealand.
- • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through closing, aligning with enterprise buying patterns and decision-making structures.
- • Identify, target, and penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts using a combination of inbound leads and proactive outbound sales strategies to build a scalable pipeline.
- • Deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that articulate the value of Spellbook’s AI-powered legal copilot in reducing contract drafting and review time by up to 10x.
- • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including General Counsel, Legal Operations leads, and C-suite executives within law firms, in-house legal teams, and enterprise organizations.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback directly informs product roadmap decisions and enhances client value delivery.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and data-driven sales strategy.
- • Stay current on legal tech market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position Spellbook as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the legal AI space.
- • Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing enterprise clients while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
- • Operate with autonomy in a high-growth startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving market conditions, client needs, and internal priorities.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs between sales, onboarding, and customer success teams, enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
- • Represent Spellbook at industry events, webinars, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads within the legal professional community.
- • Leverage internal resources and tools to streamline administrative tasks, allowing greater focus on strategic selling and client relationship building.
- • Contribute to the development of enterprise sales playbooks, objection handling frameworks, and pricing strategies tailored to the ANZ legal market.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of how Spellbook integrates directly into Microsoft Word to automate contract workflows and eliminate manual legal drudgery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or B2B software environments
- • Proven track record of success in mid-market or enterprise software sales with complex sales cycles
- • Strong ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level executives and legal professionals with consultative selling skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a history of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals
- • High motivation and goal-orientation with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
- • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
