While extensive experience in traditional enterprise sales is valued, we are particularly keen on attracting candidates with backgrounds in strategy consulting or investment banking who are eager to pivot into a high-impact commercial career.
  • • You will be entrusted with the full spectrum of the sales cycle, commencing with proactive prospecting and initial engagements, progressing through the negotiation and closure of intricate enterprise agreements. This will involve close collaboration with our dedicated technical, implementation, and legal teams to ensure that we deliver unparalleled value and a seamless experience to our enterprise clients.
  • • Success in this pivotal role hinges on your ability to artfully blend strategic acumen with exceptional executive engagement and disciplined deal execution. Your ultimate objective will be to transform promising opportunities into enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships that solidify Mistral AI's position as a leader in the enterprise AI landscape.
  • • **Lead Development (Strategic Outbound & Qualified Inbound):** You will be responsible for spearheading strategic outreach initiatives, leveraging existing networks and introductions to effectively engage high-potential enterprise customers. This includes proactively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, as well as expertly converting inbound inquiries into high-value, long-term partnerships. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of potential business.
  • • **Value Proposition Validation:** A key aspect of your role will involve supporting enterprise customers through their Proof of Concept (POC) phases. You will ensure that these evaluations are conducted smoothly, impactfully, and are aligned with the customer's strategic objectives. Your ability to translate successful evaluations into long-term production contracts will be critical, requiring you to clearly articulate and demonstrate the tangible Return on Investment (ROI) and overall business impact that Mistral AI's solutions can deliver. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning our advanced AI capabilities with the unique strategic priorities of each enterprise client.
  • • **Deal Management & Closing:** You will develop and meticulously execute strategic sales plans tailored to convert qualified leads into loyal, long-term customers. As the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle, you will manage communications, expectations, and progress. Leading complex negotiations and fostering seamless collaboration with our legal, technical, and implementation teams will be essential to finalizing agreements that are mutually beneficial and strategically sound.
  • • **Executive Engagement:** Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, innovation leaders, and other senior decision-makers within target enterprises will be paramount. You will dedicate time to deeply understand each customer's strategic priorities, challenges, and long-term vision, enabling you to effectively position Mistral AI's transformative AI capabilities as a critical enabler of their success. Guiding these executive stakeholders through the often complex decisions involved in adopting new, advanced technologies will be a core responsibility.
  • • **Technical Collaboration:** To effectively represent Mistral AI, you will cultivate a strong, foundational understanding of our comprehensive AI platform and its underlying technical capabilities. This knowledge will empower you to work seamlessly with our implementation and engineering teams, adeptly addressing technical questions and ensuring that deployments are successful and meet customer expectations.
  • • **Training & Enablement:** Your insights gained from direct customer engagement will be invaluable. You will be expected to share critical customer feedback and market intelligence internally to inform and refine our product development roadmap and overall business strategy. Furthermore, you will play a role in helping our internal teams gain a deeper understanding of enterprise customer needs and emerging market opportunities, fostering a customer-centric approach across the organization.
