📋 Description

  • Manage a designated Enterprise territory focused on acquiring new clients with 2,501+ employees and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of 1Password’s Extended Access Management platform.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging inbound leads, with a primary emphasis on in-person customer meetings.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, targeting large ARR opportunities while adhering to MEDDPPICC methodology.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify white space opportunities, prioritize high-potential accounts, and drive consistent growth against annual sales quotas.
  • Engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers across technical, operational, and business functions to articulate the value proposition of 1Password’s cybersecurity solutions for Identity and Access Management.
  • Deliver value-based sales presentations that align 1Password’s solutions with customer business outcomes, addressing complex cybersecurity challenges and positioning 1Password as an industry leader.
  • Utilize Salesforce with meticulous rigor to document all stages of the sales cycle—from initial contact through close and ongoing client management—with accurate forecasting and pipeline pacing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Channel teams to design tailored solutions and drive deal momentum.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand presence, and cultivate relationships with potential enterprise customers.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide strategic insights to clients and reinforce 1Password’s market leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools daily for real-time coaching, customer insight surfacing, and workflow optimization to enhance selling efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Operate as a remote-first field-based sales professional with a home office as primary work location, requiring regular travel within assigned territory and occasional travel outside it to support customer engagements.
  • Maintain high outbound activity levels with a focus on in-person client interactions, while managing schedule flexibility to align with company needs and personal productivity.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands resilience, self-motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement through feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture that prioritizes shared goals over individual silos, with strong emphasis on transparency, honesty, and putting people first.
  • Participate in mandatory in-person onboarding in Toronto for all Go-To-Market roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and experience with MEDDPPICC methodology
  • Demonstrated success in value-based selling, complex solution selling, and C-suite engagement
  • Experience with AI tools in sales workflows and willingness to adopt AI-driven productivity enhancements
  • Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
