  • • Arctic Wolf is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding sales team, specifically focusing on the GTA West region. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be instrumental in driving new account acquisition within the small to medium enterprise (SME) market, directly contributing to Arctic Wolf's continued success and market leadership in cybersecurity.
  • • In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and the face of Arctic Wolf in Canada, representing our team, culture, and cutting-edge services with unwavering integrity, energy, collaboration, and intelligence. You will engage daily with partners, prospects, and customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique security challenges.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by executing a robust, measurable sales process and conducting professional, in-depth sales campaigns. This involves identifying and engaging net-new prospects within your assigned territory through various channels, including discovery calls, regular partner meetings, industry events, partner registrations, and proactive personal prospecting.
  • • A deep understanding of Arctic Wolf Networks' CyberSoc capabilities, their distinct benefits, the tangible outcomes they deliver, and their context within the broader cybersecurity industry is crucial. This knowledge will enable you to effectively position our services and navigate complex sales cycles with strategic intelligence.
  • • To maximize your efficiency and productivity, you will leverage internal security, communication, and CRM tools. Accurate and timely input of business and customer information into these systems is essential for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  • • You will be adept at managing multiple concurrent sales cycles and customer priorities, typically handling 10-20 active sales opportunities each quarter, while also nurturing and developing long-term strategic opportunities.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves mastering competitive offerings and clearly articulating Arctic Wolf's unique differentiation. This expertise will allow you to focus on customer requirements and desired outcomes, ensuring effective opportunity qualification and precise tactical positioning throughout sales campaigns.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal lead generation resources to establish and expand the sales pipeline within your territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • • Building strong rapport with prospects is paramount. You will act as the central quarterback for the sales process, ensuring seamless progression from initial contact to deal closure, coordinating efforts across various internal teams.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve actively participating in finding, building, managing, and growing new business partnerships within the reseller and broader ecosystem community. These partnerships are vital for generating pipeline and leveraging relationships for a competitive advantage.
  • • You are expected to leverage your personal networks and existing business partnerships to generate net-new leads and drive business growth within your territory.
  • • Frequent attendance at industry events and trade shows (approximately 8-10 per quarter) is required to network, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
  • • Significant in-territory travel will be necessary to engage with prospective customers on-site, fostering deeper relationships and understanding their environments.
  • • You will collaborate with the management team to develop and execute both near-term and long-term strategic territory plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • • Leading weekly territory calls is essential to establish and maintain strong lines of communication between pre-sales engineering, marketing, channel teams, inside sales, and other business development resources.
  • • Continuous improvement of communication and collaboration with pre-sales engineering counterparts is vital to create a cohesive selling process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • • You will work in conjunction with channel resources to ensure the success of strategic partners and to strengthen overall channel relationships, maximizing mutual benefit.
  • • The role demands a highly motivated, self-starting individual with a positive, aggressive attitude and excellent organizational skills, dedicated to continuous personal sales development, exceptional customer service, and diligent follow-up.
