This pivotal role, based remotely in the greater Minnesota/Wisconsin area, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of digital transformation for the world's largest businesses, critical infrastructure organizations, and government agencies.
  • • As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in securing users, branches, applications, data, and devices, all while solidifying Zscaler's position as the undisputed leader in cloud security. You will operate within a global group of passionate professionals dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, fostering robust partnerships, and sharing invaluable expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture deep, long-term relationships with key internal stakeholders and, most importantly, with C-suite decision-makers and other influential leaders within enterprise accounts. This involves understanding their complex business challenges, strategic objectives, and evolving needs.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive, long-term account strategies that are meticulously aligned with each customer's unique goals. This requires a proactive and strategic approach, anticipating future requirements and positioning Zscaler's innovative solutions as essential components of their digital roadmap.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Zscaler's pre-sales engineers, solutions architects, customer success managers, and other internal teams to ensure that customer needs are not only met but exceeded. This cross-functional synergy is crucial for developing holistic account plans and delivering integrated solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • • Beyond simply selling a product, you will act as a trusted advisor. This means demonstrating a profound understanding of your clients' businesses, their industry landscapes, and the strategic imperatives that guide their operations. You will then expertly translate Zscaler's powerful and agile cloud security capabilities into solutions that directly address these business goals, thereby unlocking new levels of productivity, efficiency, and security.
