  • • Manage a designated Enterprise territory focused on companies with 2,501+ employees, targeting new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts within the New York City metro area.
  • • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging inbound leads, with a primary emphasis on in-person customer engagement.
  • • Drive new business growth by navigating complex, 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and large ARR opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s Extended Access Management platform to existing customers by identifying unmet needs, uncovering hidden pain points, and expanding adoption across departments and use cases.
  • • Develop and execute strategic territory plans that prioritize high-potential accounts and identify white space opportunities for growth within assigned Enterprise clients.
  • • Engage key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to articulate the business value of 1Password’s solutions in securing identities, applications, and devices in modern SaaS and AI-driven environments.
  • • Apply value-based selling methodologies to align 1Password’s cybersecurity offerings with client business outcomes, demonstrating deep understanding of Identity and Access Management challenges.
  • • Utilize MEDDPPICC framework to qualify opportunities, structure proposals, and advance deals through complex enterprise buying processes.
  • • Maintain meticulous Salesforce records documenting every stage of the sales cycle—from initial contact to close and ongoing account management—with precise forecasting and pipeline pacing.
  • • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand visibility, and establish relationships with potential enterprise clients.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Channel teams to create tailored client solutions and accelerate deal velocity.
  • • Build multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive layers within target organizations to drive deal momentum and ensure account health.
  • • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, particularly in Identity and Access Management and AI-driven security threats, to position 1Password as a thought leader and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • • Present compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and create mutual action plans with clear responsibilities, steps, and timelines for closing deals.
  • • Operate as a remote field-based sales professional with a home office as primary work location, requiring regular travel within the New York City metro area and occasional travel outside the territory for customer meetings and events.
  • • Embrace and apply AI best practices in daily workflows, identifying opportunities to use AI tools to enhance prospecting, communication, and sales efficiency.
  • • Maintain high outbound activity with a focus on in-person meetings as the primary mode of client engagement, balancing remote work with necessary on-site customer interactions.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands adaptability, resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving targets without supervision.
  • • Contribute to a culture built on collaboration, transparency, feedback, and core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Enterprise accounts
  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and experience using MEDDPPICC framework
  • • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months)
  • • Strong executive presence and ability to present value propositions to C-suite decision-makers
  • • Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach is preferred
