- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive covering named accounts in New York and New Jersey, driving strategic revenue growth through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients by understanding their unique cybersecurity challenges and delivering tailored solutions on the Aurora Platform.
- • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within target accounts, leveraging lead generation strategies to expand the customer base in the New York metropolitan region.
- • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to align on customer needs and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- • Present complex cybersecurity solutions to C-level executives and technical decision-makers with clarity, confidence, and a consultative approach.
- • Utilize CRM platforms and sales tools to track pipeline progress, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed customer records.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Arctic Wolf’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and security operations platform to effectively communicate value propositions.
- • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and high levels of initiative without direct supervision.
- • Engage in all video interviews on camera to ensure authentic, transparent, and engaging interactions with the hiring team.
- • Adhere to Arctic Wolf’s Information Security policies and standards to protect company and customer data throughout all sales activities.
- • Support company-wide initiatives around corporate responsibility and community engagement as part of Arctic Wolf’s Pledge 1% commitment and Pack Unity program.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture by respecting diverse perspectives and participating in employee-led alliances and initiatives.
- • Remain current on cybersecurity industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving enterprise security needs to maintain a competitive edge in client conversations.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), where applicable.
