- • Deel is at the forefront of revolutionizing global payroll and HR, empowering businesses to build and manage international teams seamlessly. As the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, we are fundamentally reshaping the future of work, breaking down geographical barriers, and fostering a more inclusive global economy. Our platform integrates HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, and more, supporting diverse worker types across over 150 countries. With a valuation of $17.3 billion and $1 billion in ARR, Deel is experiencing unprecedented growth, driven by a commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and a dynamic, globally distributed team.
- • In this pivotal role as an Account Executive for Enterprise clients in the UKI region, you will be instrumental in driving significant sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and deepen relationships with large, strategic enterprise organizations, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Deel's comprehensive platform can address their global HR and payroll needs. This is a high-impact position where you will directly contribute to Deel's ambitious revenue targets and solidify our position as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the complexities of global employment.
- • You will be entrusted with a targeted list of enterprise accounts, requiring you to develop sophisticated account plans to win new business and expand our footprint within these organizations. This involves a proactive and strategic approach to identifying opportunities, understanding the client's organizational structure, and mapping key stakeholders from C-level executives down to operational managers. Your ability to multi-thread within an account, build strong champions, and generate buy-in across various departments will be critical to your success.
- • A core aspect of this role involves navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. You will leverage established sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, to meticulously analyze each opportunity. This includes identifying potential risks, understanding the unique strengths of Deel's offering in relation to the client's specific needs, and formulating a robust strategy to overcome obstacles and secure deals. Your keen instincts for recognizing organizational financial and behavioral structures will be invaluable in tailoring your approach and effectively influencing decision-makers.
- • Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets at monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly intervals. To achieve this, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong, consistent sales pipeline. This will be accomplished through a combination of proactive individual outreach, close collaboration with your dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads, and effective management of inbound prospect inquiries.
- • You will be expected to maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, forecasts, and pipeline data within Salesforce and Gong. This data is crucial not only for accurate reporting and forecasting but also for providing valuable insights that enable the sales team and the wider organization to learn, adapt, and continuously improve our sales processes and strategies.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment. You will be part of a company that is not just selling a product but is actively shaping the future of work. The challenges you will tackle are complex and impactful, affecting the working lives of millions globally. Your contributions will directly fuel Deel's continued momentum and success, providing you with unparalleled opportunities for professional development and career acceleration in the rapidly evolving world of global employment solutions.
- • You will be a key player in expanding Deel's presence within the enterprise segment in the UKI market. This involves understanding the nuances of the local business landscape, identifying key trends in global hiring and payroll, and positioning Deel as the indispensable solution for companies looking to scale their international operations compliantly and efficiently. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of Deel's end-to-end platform to senior executives will be paramount.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with marketing teams to leverage campaigns and generate demand, with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities, and with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover and continued client satisfaction post-sale, fostering long-term partnerships and driving expansion revenue.
- • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and a passion for the future of work. If you are a driven sales professional looking to make a significant impact at a category-defining company, this is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career.
