- • As an Account Executive specializing in Field Sales for Delhi NCR, you will be an integral part of an unconventional SaaS revenue organization. This team is meticulously structured to support a rapidly scaling technology startup that thrives on a dual engine of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS). Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding relationships with larger named accounts and enterprise customers who are actively seeking innovative solutions to enhance their customer engagement and achieve product-market fit.
- • This role demands a comprehensive, end-to-end engagement with customers throughout their entire lifecycle. You will guide them from the initial concept and technical requirement gathering stages through implementation, adoption, expansion, and ultimately, paid conversion. This expansive sales responsibility truly encompasses selling, ensuring customer success, and providing essential support, creating a holistic customer experience.
- • Key responsibilities will include proactively building outreach strategies targeting your existing rolodex of contacts and identifying new business opportunities. You will relentlessly manage your customer follow-up activities and meticulously maintain your sales pipeline, consistently striving to meet and exceed ambitious quotas.
- • Collaboration with the Growth team will be essential to amplify product awareness and drive demand. You will actively nurture and follow up with prospective and existing customers, sharing relevant use cases, identifying key decision-makers, and thoroughly gathering their specific requirements.
- • A critical part of your role will involve guiding customers through their implementation plans, fostering deeper adoption of DevRev's solutions, and driving the transition to paid subscriptions. You will act as a vital conduit between customers and our Product and Engineering teams, effectively sharing valuable customer feedback and feature requests to inform product development.
- • You will be instrumental in creating compelling content and refining sales scripts to enhance the customer journey and optimize engagement points at every stage. Furthermore, maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline data and comprehensive account information within DevRev's in-house CRM system will be a fundamental aspect of your daily operations.
