Account Executive, Field Service Management Software

📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive at Bluefolder, part of Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will drive new logo software and services sales, focusing on mid-market and strategic accounts in the Field Service Management software space. You will be a key growth driver by identifying prospects, conducting needs analysis, delivering tailored demos, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle while mentoring junior team members.
• • Day to day, you will prospect through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media; conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points; build and maintain relationships as the primary point of contact; negotiate terms and pricing; maintain accurate CRM records; develop and manage your sales pipeline; collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams; stay updated on industry trends; provide forecasts and reports to leadership; and mentor junior Account Executives by sharing best practices.
