  • • AlphaSense is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive strategic new business growth in the Financial Services market, leveraging AI-powered market intelligence to empower enterprise decision-making across global financial institutions.
  • • This role is critical to expanding AlphaSense’s footprint in buy-side and sell-side financial services, contributing directly to enterprise revenue and long-term market leadership in a fast-growing SaaS leader trusted by over 6,000 customers, including most of the S&P 500.
  • • Drive net-new business and strategic revenue growth within a defined Financial Services territory across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures.
  • • Build and execute data-driven territory and account plans aligned to aggressive revenue targets, conducting executive-level discovery sessions and delivering tailored, impactful product demonstrations that articulate clear business value.
  • • Maintain rigorous forecasting accuracy and disciplined deal progression, ensuring pipeline health and timely closure of six-figure to seven-figure opportunities through value-based selling methodologies.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with SDR, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding, drive adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • • Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive insights gathered from customer interactions to inform and refine AlphaSense’s go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
  • • Collaborate within a global, high-performing sales team operating across the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland, contributing to a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centric growth.
  • • Develop deep expertise in Financial Services use cases for AI-driven market intelligence, becoming a trusted advisor to clients ranging from analysts to C-suite executives at hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and corporate treasuries.
  • • Achieve and consistently exceed quota while refining advanced sales techniques in complex enterprise environments, positioning yourself for accelerated career growth within AlphaSense’s global sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of consistent quota overachievement.
  • • Strong history of new business acquisition and net-new logo wins, preferably within Financial Services (buy side and/or sell side) across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
  • • Skilled in value-based selling, executive-level discovery, and delivering impactful product demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Experienced in managing medium-to-high velocity pipelines while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with disciplined forecasting and commercial acumen.
  • • Comfortable carrying six-figure to seven-figure annual revenue targets and collaborating effectively across SDR, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams.
  • • Confident communicator capable of engaging stakeholders from analyst to C-suite levels, resilient and motivated by performance-driven, high-growth environments.
