- • The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for RPAG’s retirement plan practice management platform, driving revenue by developing pipeline, managing deals, and ensuring seamless client handoffs in a growing fintech organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels; qualifying inbound leads; conducting discovery conversations; communicating platform value to stakeholders; maintaining accurate CRM records; collaborating with marketing on campaigns; engaging leads from events and partner channels; providing market and competitor feedback to leadership; researching target markets; representing RPAG professionally in meetings and events; and partnering with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- • Great Gray Group, through its subsidiary RPAG, delivers advanced retirement solutions combining fiduciary services, investment options, technology, and client service to protect plan fiduciaries and engage participants, with a focus on innovation and trust.
- • The person will learn to navigate complex financial services sales cycles, deepen expertise in retirement and fintech markets, refine consultative selling techniques, and grow into a trusted advisor role while contributing to scalable revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, retirement services, asset/investment management, or related markets
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-based selling environment
- • Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement or prospecting tools
- • Knowledge of the retirement or financial services industry is a plus
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
