  • • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies to optimize revenue generation within the assigned Florida market, exercising discretion in resource allocation and market prioritization.
  • • Apply advanced expertise in K–12 educational marketplace analysis, funding developments, and industry trends to make strategic decisions that impact territory performance and contribute to organizational sales strategy.
  • • Exercise significant independent judgment in developing and executing strategic territory plans, including determining optimal customer engagement strategies, pricing considerations, and resource deployment.
  • • Leverage specialized knowledge of Amplify’s curriculum, assessment, and supplemental learning solutions to assess complex customer needs, design customized educational technology solutions, and make strategic recommendations aligned with customer and organizational objectives.
  • • Independently manage the full sales pipeline, including territory revenue forecasting, strategic account planning, and business development activities with authority to make decisions affecting significant business outcomes.
  • • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders such as district administrators, curriculum directors, and school leaders, making independent judgments about relationship investment and account prioritization.
  • • Conduct independent analysis of territory trends, competitive landscape, and funding sources to generate strategic recommendations that influence broader organizational sales approaches and market positioning.
  • • Participate in strategic organizational initiatives by contributing expertise to inform company-wide sales strategies, best practices, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • • Independently manage all aspects of territory operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and strategic reporting that directly influences organizational decision-making.
  • • Travel 60–70% within the Florida territory and attend 3–4 team, regional, or national sales meetings annually.
  • • Serve as a strategic specialist on Amplify’s K–12 literacy, biliteracy, math, and science instructional systems, translating product capabilities into value-driven solutions for school districts across Florida.
  • • Maintain compliance with all state and local hiring requirements, including potential background checks, fingerprinting, or vaccination documentation as mandated by district policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree
  • • Able to travel 60–70% within Florida and attend 3–4 regional or national sales meetings annually
  • • 5+ years of successful direct sales experience OR experience in the education field
  • • Teaching or education tech/publishing experience
  • • Must reside within Florida
