📋 Description

• Forum Ventures LP is seeking a Founder for its AI Labor & Financial Operations company, focusing on themes such as AI labor cost attribution, AI workforce planning, and AI ROI reporting layer.
• The ideal candidate has been a leader at a company that started deploying AI at scale and has experience with financial models, having built spreadsheets or headcount models that no longer hold up with AI agents doing the work.
• The candidate should understand the financial model well enough to know what product would actually fit the buyer.
• Forum derisks and accelerates the Founder path by providing a $250K USD investment, an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network, validation partner with proven playbooks, networks, and systems, support of an experienced operating team, and a community full of mentors, peers, and leaders.
• The company is looking for someone with early-stage operator experience, domain expertise in financial operations and enterprise finance, the ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams, a demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world, and a desire to be a venture-backed founder.
• The role is remote US-based, and the ability to collaborate in North American time zones is required.
