- • Onboard new clients to LegalShield’s legal plan and identity theft protection benefit programs selected by large employers.
- • Develop and manage detailed implementation schedules and timelines for client onboarding processes.
- • Prepare meeting presentations and document all deliverables required for client implementation.
- • Provide frequent status and progress reports using detailed project planning tools to track client onboarding milestones.
- • Partner with clients to design and execute employee communication strategies for benefit programs.
- • Ensure accurate and compliant system and contractual setup for client group accounts.
- • Participate in sales presentations as needed to support client acquisition and onboarding.
- • Review enrollment data, payment history, and billing invoices to assist LegalShield groups, associates, and group members.
- • Monitor and verify reports to ensure all group accounts are current and properly maintained.
- • Respond to client inquiries received via phone, fax, email, or mail with timely and accurate resolutions.
- • Manage sensitive group accounts with discretion and prioritize tasks effectively.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Lead internal and external meetings to coordinate implementation activities and resolve client concerns.
- • Make outgoing calls to investigate and correct billing, enrollment, or system errors.
- • Provide support to internal departments regarding client group inquiries and operational issues.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- • Understand and meet client demands and expectations in a timely manner, addressing challenges proactively.
- • Handle multiple deadlines with a detailed-oriented, analytical approach while maintaining confidentiality.
- • Work independently with a high degree of organization, accuracy, and sense of urgency.
- • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client and operational issues.
- • Maintain a positive professional attitude and collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently.

- • Work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities, systems, or client requirements.
- • Perform duties in a professional office environment using standard office equipment including computers, phones, and photocopiers.
- • Work extended periods at a computer or other sedentary tasks with regular and predictable attendance.
- • Be available to work critical business days, including some evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- • Travel up to 5% of the time by airplane or car for day or overnight trips as required.

- • College degree or extensive LegalShield knowledge
- • 0-1+ years prior experience working in customer service
- • Employee benefits and industry knowledge
- • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
